Direct Zinc oxide, white hexagonal crystalline π÷"or powder. Odorless, non-toxic, and fine i>δ&γn texture. Relative density 5.606γ. Refractive index 2.00↕$8-2.029. Melting point 1975℃.
Direct Zinc oxide has a strong fluxing effect i♦σn glazes, which can rγ₹educe the expansion coefficien♦®t of the glaze, improve the thermal stabλ↑ility of the product,"★€£ and increase the gloss and whiteness of th÷βe glaze, enhancing its elasticity. I↓σ×t can also increase t♦ππ•he brilliance of the glaze φ₹↔color while expanding the melting r♣∏↑ange. However, it is not suita↑€ ≥ble for use in black glazes containin g chromium.
